NASA intends to issue the Draft RFP on February 28, 2008. The Draft RFP will include a cover letter that will request Industry’s comments on specific areas of the Draft RFP, along with any other comments that improve the document.
A pre-proposal conference and one-on-one meetings are tentatively scheduled for March 17 and March 18, respectively. More details on one-on-ones will be forthcoming.
